In the European quarter surrounding the EU institutions in Brussels, also referred to as the "Eurobubble", there are simultaneously working about 2,000 trainees and interns as well as many job starters. The European Commission alone runs the world's largest internship program. Many immerse themselves completely in a life of non-stop-networking, political conferences, alcohol and work, eager to achieve big goals in their career.
